The deal grants Anker a license to Powermat’s portfolio of wireless‑power patents covering Qi and next‑generation Qi2 technologies, including magnetic alignment. The companies will also explore joint development of wireless‑power applications across consumer electronics, smart‑home devices and emerging categories.
