Loop Industries entered into a license agreement in August 2026 with its Indian joint venture, Ester Loop Infinite Technologies Private Limited (ELITe). Under the agreement, Loop granted ELITe an exclusive, royalty-bearing license to use its depolymerization technology and related intellectual property rights in India and other agreed territories. Royalties are calculated using tiered rates based on annual net sales.

Loop Industriesは、2026年8月にインドの合弁会社Ester Loop Infinite Technologies Private Limited（ELITe）とライセンス契約を締結した。LoopはELITeに対し、インドなどで同社の解重合技術と関連する知的財産権を利用する独占的なロイヤルティ付きライセンスを付与した。ロイヤルティは年間純売上高に応じた段階的な料率で算定される。
