American musical duo Twenty One Pilots filed a lawsuit in the Central District of California alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition claims against Whaleco, which operates the e-commerce market Temu, over sales of T-shirts, mugs, hats and other merchandise making unauthorized use of Twenty One Pilots’ artwork and intellectual property.

アメリカの音楽デュオ、トゥエンティ・ワン・パイロッツは、Twenty One Pilotsのアートワークと知的財産を無断で使用したTシャツ、マグカップ、帽子などの商品を販売したとして、eコマースマーケットTemuを運営するWhalecoを商標権侵害および不正競争で訴え、カリフォルニア州中央地区で訴訟を起こした。
