中国の対外貿易法改正案はIP保護強化、侵害品輸入禁止や競争抑制的ライセンスへの制裁を盛り込んだ

On September 12, 2025, China’s National People’s Congress (NPC) released the a Draft Revision of the Foreign Trade Law for comment . The Draft includes four intellectual property articles, include new Article 32 regarding “establishing and improving overseas intellectual property warning and rights protection assistance information platforms.

2025年9月12日、中国の 全国人民代表大会 （全人代）は、対外貿易法改正案（对外贸易法（修订草案）征求意见）を公表し、意見募集を行いました。この改正案には、知的財産に関する4つの条項が含まれており、その中には「海外における知的財産権に関する警告及び権利保護支援情報プラットフォームの構築と整備」に関する第32条が新たに追加されました。
