OFA Group has reorganized the intellectual property (IP) of QIKBIM, its construction and property management platform. Under a new IP assignment and co-ownership agreement, the company has obtained a 50% co-ownership interest in QIKBIM. By capitalizing approximately $12 million in historical development costs and reclassifying them from operating expenses to assets, OFA strengthened its balance sheet. Under the agreement, OFA has sole authority over commercial decisions such as the product roadmap and pricing, and is entitled to receive 50% of licensing fees and other revenue. The revenue structure also provides that, after OFA recovers its investment, profits will be split 50/50 with its partner.

OFAグループは、建設・不動産管理プラットフォーム「QIKBIM」の知的財産（IP）を再編成した。新しいIP譲渡・共同所有契約により、同社はQIKBIMの50％の共同所有権を獲得した。過去の開発費約1,200万ドルを資産として計上し、営業費用から資産へ再分類したことでバランスシートを強化した。契約では、製品ロードマップや価格設定等の商業的判断をOFAが単独で行い、ライセンス料やその他収益の50％を受け取ることができる。収益は同社が投資額を回収した後、パートナーと50/50で分配される仕組みになっている
